Who we are

This website, olesyahaz.com, is operated by Olesya Haz, a wellbeing coach and consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licensed through the Abu Dhabi Registration Authority, activity: Lifestyle Development Consultancy). You can contact me at heal@olesyahaz.com.

What information I collect

• Information you send me: your name, email address, phone number and the message you write when you use a contact, appointment, consultation or newsletter form.
• Technical information: anonymised usage data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location) collected through Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and basic server logs.
• Cookies: small files that help the site work and help me understand how it is used. See the Cookies section below.

Please do not include detailed health information or other sensitive details in website forms. Share these with me only during a private session.

How I use your information

• to reply to your enquiry and arrange consultations;
• to send you newsletters or helpful content, only if you have subscribed, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email;
• to improve the website and my services;
• to meet legal and professional obligations.

Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal data. It is processed only by trusted service providers that help run the website and communication: web hosting, email delivery, an email marketing and CRM service (Brevo and Fluent CRM), and Google Analytics. These providers process data on my instructions and may store it outside the UAE.

How long I keep it

Enquiries and contact records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our professional relationship, and no longer than necessary. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw your consent, or to object to its processing. Write to heal@olesyahaz.com and I will respond promptly.
